1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any cleaning services provided by Cleary Cleaning ABN 94 698 091 431 (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book our services.

2. Services

Cleary Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Perth metropolitan area, Western Australia, including but not limited to:

Regular house cleaning
Deep cleaning
Vacate / end-of-lease cleaning
Carpet steam cleaning
NDIS domestic assistance
Airbnb & short-term rental cleaning
Commercial cleaning
Calcium & limescale removal
Premium oven cleaning

3. Bookings and Confirmation

All service bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from Cleary Cleaning via email or SMS. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as advised at time of booking.

Quotes are estimates only. Where the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described at booking, we will notify you and may adjust the final price before proceeding.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee.
24–48 hours notice: 50% of the booked service fee applies.
Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 100% of the booked service fee applies.

6. Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed service time. If access cannot be gained, the cancellation policy in clause 5 applies.

7. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about the property and any hazards (e.g. mould, infestations, biohazards)
Ensure the property has access to running water and electricity
Secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to the service
Not ask our staff to perform tasks that are unsafe or outside the agreed scope

8. Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-Cleans

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a re-clean of the disputed area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply where issues arise from pre-existing damage, items that fall outside our standard service checklist, or failure to report within the 24-hour window.

9. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property, fixtures, or fittings
Damage caused by faulty or incorrectly used appliances or surfaces
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss or damage to items not secured prior to the service

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, or condition implied by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at clearycleaning.com.au/terms-of-service. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
